Above the law entitlement

I think for our HRH positions we should be above the law so we can interfere and involve ourselves with things because we care.

Because we want everyone safe and to make sure energies are looked after, see the tracker and detector which will also make sure that we can keep evil in moderation and to make sure no one becomes victim.
